Refund & Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns on products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). Personalized products are non-returnable unless they have a defect or an error in the printing.

Requirements for Returns

  • Items must be returned along with proof of purchase.

  • Proof in the form of pictures or videos must clearly show the shipping label, packaging, and our tag.

To complete your return, please contact our support team at info@giftprint.com for further instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@giftprint.com. Afterward, check with your bank, as there is often some processing time (up to 5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel Order

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the time of purchase. No cancellation fees will be applied.

  • You must provide all information and/or documentation related to your orders upon request. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your customer account if fraudulent activity is detected or if you do not provide sufficient information and documents as required by our refund policy.

  • We will not be liable for any loss or shipment delivery failure caused by the recipient’s absence, an incorrect or insufficient address, package refusal, or theft of goods after delivery.

  • We will not accept responsibility for any claim resulting from user error, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.

  • Bulky and oversized product packaging must adhere to the carrier’s standard criteria. As a result, when products are folded during packaging, they may have creases. Please note that this is not a product flaw. To prevent wrinkles and creases, lay the product flat for 3-5 days.

  • Proof Required: Proof must be sent to us within 14 days for any refund or return requests. Order returns must include proof in the form of pictures or videos showing the shipping label, packaging, and our tag clearly visible.

  • Contact Us First: Do not return items without contacting us first. When contacting us via email, please allow up to 48 hours for a response from Monday to Friday (working days).

  • Order Processing: Products in the same order might be shipped separately due to different processing times. Please wait one week after receiving the first item before claiming a missing order.
